Who we serve

A procurement partner, not just a supplier.

Buying across borders is rarely about price alone. It's about getting the right specification, from a legitimate source, delivered on time, with the risk and costs clearly agreed.

Our Trading Division works with retailers, distributors, contractors, system integrators, corporates and government-linked buyers. We take responsibility for the hard parts — finding and qualifying suppliers, negotiating terms, coordinating inspection, freight and customs — so your team receives what it ordered, with a clean paper trail.

  • B2B supply — repeat stock replenishment for retailers and distributors
  • Project procurement — bundled supply for fit-outs, rollouts and tenders
  • Indent / sourcing on request — hard-to-find or specified items, sourced to order
  • Re-export — consolidated shipments from the UAE to regional markets

Trade terms

Incoterms® 2020, explained simply.

Incoterms, published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), define who pays for what and where risk passes from seller to buyer. We quote on the term that suits your operation — these are the ones our clients use most.

Payment & trade finance

Payment terms that balance risk.

We agree payment structures that protect both sides, using instruments recognised by banks worldwide.

Letter of Credit (L/C)

Bank-guaranteed payment against compliant documents, under ICC UCP 600. Ideal for first orders and larger values.

Highest security

Documentary Collection (D/P)

Banks exchange shipping documents for payment, under ICC URC 522. Lower cost than an L/C.

Balanced

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

Typical structure: deposit on PO, balance against copy documents or before release.

Common

Open account / credit terms

Agreed credit periods for established clients after a satisfactory trading history.

Trading FAQ

Common questions

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the product and supplier. For stocked items we can often supply small quantities; for factory-made or private-label goods, the manufacturer's MOQ usually applies. We'll state any MOQ clearly in the quotation.

How long does a typical order take?

Stocked items in the UAE can ship within days. Made-to-order goods usually need production time plus transit — sea freight from Asia to the Gulf is commonly 2–4 weeks on the water, air freight a few days. Your quotation includes a realistic lead time.

Which Incoterm should I choose?

If you have your own freight forwarder, FCA or FOB give you control. If you want a simple delivered price, DAP or DDP are easier. We'll recommend a term based on your destination, volume and in-house capability.

Can I inspect goods before they ship?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection is part of our standard process. You can rely on our inspection report, nominate an independent third-party inspector, or attend in person.

Do you offer credit terms?

For new relationships we typically work with L/C, documentary collection or T/T with a deposit. Open-account credit can be agreed for established clients after a period of satisfactory trading.
